Clair was fantastic, she was extremely friendly. She put me at ease immediately and explained the results of the pre tests very thoroughly. Throughout the lens part she explained things as they happened, and afterwards she explained why I would need glasses and the options available to me. I would be more than happy to see Clair again and to recommend her to friends and family

Clair is a lovely lady, and she listens to you and makes everything easy to understand, and tells you anything and everything that you need to know about what they are doing and going to do, and how they are going to help you.

The optician was fab! She explained everything and was brilliant with our daughter!

Clair provided an excellent, friendly service and made me feel valued. I left the appointment much better informed about the health of my eyes (especially the detailed description of the retina scans) than before. The use of technology allowed a much longer and informed conversation about my prescription needs and options.
